Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Sessions and events in the Memphis area include travel at no additional cost. If your location is a bit farther away, a travel fee may apply depending on the distance. For destinations more than 2-3 hours from Memphis, lodging and additional travel accommodations may be required. Don't worry, I'll always be upfront about my additional costs so you can plan with confidence.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Mother Nature doesn't always stick to the plan, and that's okay! If the weather is unsafe  or just plain miserable for an outdoor session, we'll find a new date or an indoor option that works for everyone. For outdoor events, I'll continue capturing the memories  whenever it's safe to do so. However, if severe weather or conditions become unsafe for you, your guests, or myself, photography coverage will pause or end until it is safe to resume. The goal is always the same: beautiful photos and a stress-free experience.

How many photos will I receive?

Every event is different, so there's no set number of images. My goal is to capture all of the important moments, details, and candid memories from your celebration. You'll receive all of the best images from your event through an online gallery.

What if my event runs longer than expected?

I understand that celebrations don't always go exactly as planned. Additional coverage may be added, when available, at a rate of $100 per hour, so you won't have to worry about missing those moments. However, if I am unavailable to stay longer, I will notify you immediately.
